Warranty Terms and Conditions

For a period of ONE YEAR from the original purchase date, the manufacturer warrants to the original purchaser that cabinetry, door hinges, and drawer glides will be free from manufacturer defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. This manufacturer warranty is non-transferable and is only applicable to products used for single-family owner-occupied residential purposes.

WHAT THIS LIMITED MANUFACTURER WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER (EXCLUSIONS):

The Limited Warranty does not apply to any product that has been:

1. Installed or used outdoors.
2. Used for purposes for which it is not designed or intended.
3. Subjected to misuse, vandalism, abuse, negligence, accident, customizations, or modifications.
4. Improperly stored (if the product must be stored, it should be covered and stored in a humidity- and temperature-controlled environment, away from direct sunlight).
5. Improperly installed, cleaned, or maintained (for more information regarding the proper use and care of the      product, please consult the applicable Use and Care Instructions that      accompanied the product).
6. Exposed to improper temperature, moisture, and/or humidity extremes (temperature outside the range of 50-85°F (10-29°C) and humidity outside the range of 30-55% are considered extreme).
7. Damaged by fire, flood, acts of God, or other external causes beyond our control.
8. Varying in color and/or characteristics due to age, sunlight, smoke, or other environmental conditions.
9. Showing effects on the color and/or integrity of the finish or appearance due to the use of abrasive cleaners, cleaners that contain chlorine, acidic cleaners, scuffing      sponges, or steel wool.
10. Exhibiting normal wear and tear.

This warranty does not include or cover the cost of installation, adjustments, removal, subsequent damage, or transportation of the defective product. This applies regardless of whether work was performed by a contractor, service company, or the purchaser.

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS:

To initiate a warranty claim, proof of purchase and a Warranty Claim Form must be presented. Follow these steps:

1. Fill out the Warranty Claim Form with a detailed description of the issue.
2. Provide a minimum of two (2) photos of the damaged/defective product: one (1) close-up of the damage and one (1) from a three (3) foot distance.
3. Email all documentation to your Craftsman Cabinetry account manager. Please allow 48 business hours for processing.

Upon receipt of your completed warranty form and photos, the manufacturer will process your claim. If the claim is approved, you will be informed of the decision to repair or replace the defective product. Return of the defective product is required for a replacement to be issued.

The manufacturer reserves the right to inspect the claimed defective cabinets and request additional information regarding any claim made.

RETURN POLICY:

We do not accept returns on accessories, customized, modified, painted, discontinued, assembled, and/or assembled cabinets. Flat pack cabinets in original, undamaged, unopened packaging may be returned to the distribution warehouse within 48 hours of original purchase and refunded after deducting a 35% restocking fee.
